May is here, which should mean pub gardens, bare legs and Bank Holidays spent sunbathing in the park. But this is Britain - so we're probably in for another few weeks of soggy barbecues and arguing about putting the heating back on.

Thankfully, Netflix has a bumper crop of new, binge-worthy TV to see us through. From a glossy drama by Tina Fey to the long-awaited movie adaptation of a seminal novel, here's everything we'll be watching this month.

The Four Seasons

Based on the 1981 feature film, this series developed by Tina Fey sees six old friends head for a relaxing weekend away, only to realise one couple is about to split up. Set over a year and four group holidays, there's a star-studded cast featuring Steve Carell and Colman Domingo, and plenty of laughs - as you'd imagine from the SNL alum.

Forever - Release date: 8th May




Forever

Judy Blume's groundbreaking 1975 novel about the epic love story of two black teens is being reimagined for a new generation. Keisha (Lovie Simone) and Justin (Michael Cooper Jr) are young athletes who fall hard for each other, and soon learn just how deeply their first love with affect the rest of their life.

Fred and Rose West: A British Horror Story - Release date: 14th May




Fred and Rose West: A British Horror Story

This deep-dive documentary series reveals the lives and crime of Britain's most notorious killer couple. With exclusive access to previously unseen police video and unheard audio recordings, the three part series will show how the Gloucestershire police were able to unearth the remains of the West's 12 victims to build a case against them that would bring closure for the families of the victims.

Devon thinks her sister Simone has a creepy relationship with her new boss, the enigmatic socialite Michaela Kell. Michaela's cult-ish life of luxury is like a drug to Simone, and Devon has decided it's time for an intervention. But she has no idea what a formidable opponent Michaela will be, stuck on the Kells' lavish island estate. It's an A-List cast, with Julianne Moore, Meghann Fahy and Kevin Bacon.
